The first half of class includes postnatal specific stretches, strength, relaxation exercises and core work. The second half of class focuses on massage techniques to bond with your new baby, improve relaxation and sleep.
All fitness levels are welcome. Participants should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans).
Recommended for pre-mobile babies only.
Tiny Yogis blends active yoga sequences, energizing music, yoga-inspired games, mindfulness, and plenty of smiles into every class.
This playful kids yoga class will keep children motivated and moving with stretching and standing poses, breathing instruction, and relaxation techniques.
