Prepare for labour and delivery with breathing exercises, meditations, and poses to help strengthen and stretch your muscles. Make space for baby and learn activities for pregnancy comfort and easier birth.

All fitness levels are welcome. Participants should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans).

Tiny Yogis blends active yoga sequences, energizing music, yoga-inspired games, mindfulness, and plenty of smiles into every class.
This playful kids yoga class will keep children motivated and moving with stretching and standing poses, breathing instruction, and relaxation techniques.
Ages 2-6
Enjoy a deeper state of relaxation with sounds and vibrations from singing bowls, hand pans, and other musical instruments.
Family Yoga is a fun way to bring mindfulness, and meditation into your children’s lives. We will introduce classic yoga poses in a kid-friendly style using stories, games, and songs for the whole family that will keep your children excited to practice yoga for years to come!
As with most of the population my family has been personally affected by Cancer.
Through this initiative, I am turning my passion for Yoga, and the skills I’ve developed as a teacher into support for a good cause.
