Prepare for an empowering labour and delivery while we will explore various ways to make space for baby and learn activities for pregnancy comfort and easier birth.
. Our session will include a variety of movement-based classes including mobility and functional training, core strengthening, and traditional Hatha Yoga.
You will have an opportunity to relax deeply and reset the nervous system with restorative yoga and yoga nidra while also learning tools for a mindful delivery.

All fitness levels are welcome. Participants should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans).
